Welcome, world traveller!

I’m Libby Spickets, freshly returned from a two‑year sabbatical with my husband Tory in Utopia — a place that reshaped our lives, our relationship, and our understanding of what it means to be human in this bewildering age of the AI ascendency.

Tory and I explored Utopia’s nooks and crannies, climbed Megatopia, met unforgettable people (and a few bots I’d prefer to forget), and learned far more than we expected. We came home with fuller hearts, hope, and respectable citizenship scores.

And now… we’ve written a book about it.

Have you purchased it yet? If not, hurry! It’s on special every day until the end of the year. Don’t ask me how that works. Tory and KrediBot handle the marketing

This is our most ambitious book ever. Yes, it’s a travel guide… but it’s also the story of us — two humans trying to navigate a country undergoing the boldest AI expansion the world has ever seen. It’s about wonder, confusion, fear, hope, and the strange magic of falling in love all over again while surrounded by bots, droids, and an excessive amount of surveillance.

A human story in a world that’s forgetting humans

Utopia title page 1b.jpg

Utopia is beautiful — vibrant communities, abundant resources, and a sense of shared purpose. But beneath the surface lies something quieter, heavier: the erosion of privacy, the rise of bots in every corner of daily life, and a growing sense of alienation that many people are too afraid to name.

In this book, Tory and I explore not just the wonders of Utopia, but the emotional and spiritual challenges it presents. How do we stay human in a world where every thought is monitored, every action analyzed, and every moment optimized? How do we hold onto love, connection, and meaning when the systems around us seem designed to replace them?

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected in a world that moves too fast, I hope these pages offer comfort — and maybe a path forward. And if you need someone to talk to, my therapy practice is open. Real human support is rare these days. You deserve some.

Coming Soon: Moontopia — The Definitive Travel Guide

Montopia book cover.jpg

Our next project is already in motion! Soon, we be heading to Moontopia, where we’ll:

  • Investigate romance in one‑sixth gravity

  • Explore all three authorized excursions (I hear they’re lovely)

  • Review the restaurant scene (all three of them)

  • Stay at the only hotel, which is astronomically expensive

It may not be a long book, but it will be a fun one.
