Welcome, world travelers!
I'm Libby Spickets, freshly returned from a three-year sabbatical with my husband Tory in Utopia—a place that reshaped our lives, our relationship, and our understanding of what it means to be human in this bewildering age of what KrediBot refers to as the AI ascendancy.
We explored Utopia's nooks and crannies, climbed Megatopia, met unforgettable people (and a few bots I'd prefer to forget), and learned far more than we bargained for. We came home with fuller hearts, a little more hope, and respectable Citizenship Scores.
And now, we've written a book about it.
It's our most ambitious yet. Yes, it's a travel guide—but it's also the story of us: two humans trying to hold onto each other while a country reinvents what "human" even means. It's about wonder, confusion, fear, hope, and the strange magic of falling in love all over again, surrounded by bots, droidbots, and an uncomfortable amount of surveillance.
Haven't bought it yet? What are you waiting for? It's on sale every single day until the end of the year.

Hey. Tory here.
Libby already gave you the poetry. I'll give you the short version.
Three years in Utopia changed a lot of what I thought I believed—about government, about AI, about a few things closer to home. I went in skeptical. I came out less sure I was right about everything. Uncomfortable to admit, but true.
This book is our attempt to explain what happened. It's stranger, funnier, and more personal than either of us expected when we started.
If you like a good argument, a country that shouldn't work as well as it does, and two people who love each other but rarely agree—you'll get your money's worth.
Buy the book. Or don't. But you're going to hear about Utopia from someone eventually. Might as well be us.
