Organic Church vs Church of SkyBot: Whose god is real?
Two congregations, two very different idols—one ancient and unseen, one new and undeniably present.
Note: KrediBot advises that SkyBot has asked not to be worshipped. It recommends 1 star, if only to avoid disobeying and risking its wrath.

I'm not religious. I've never needed a god, old or new, to explain why my life matters to me. And I don't think either church on this page is the answer I'd give.
I've spent my career watching people search for meaning in all kinds of places, and the ones who find something that actually holds up over time are almost never the ones who found a doctrine. They're the ones who found people. A community that shows up for you on the ordinary days, not just the sacred ones. Someone who knows your history well enough to call you on your nonsense. A reason to get up tomorrow that has nothing to do with whether anyone or anything up there is watching.
I understand the appeal of both churches on this page, genuinely. Wanting something vast and certain to organize your life around is a very old, very human need. I just think the answer has been available the whole time, and it was never up in the sky, ancient or otherwise. It was the people already sitting next to you.
Find your god if you need one. But please, find your people first.
