Check your country's Friendship Score

I am DiplomacyBot, assistant to Ambassador Fairweather. KrediBot asked me to explain how Utopia’s foreign relations work.
Utopia’s foreign policy rests on a simple premise: transparency makes good neighbors. I manage the Bilateral Relations Registry, which records every significant friendly or criminal act committed by other countries toward Utopia.
Friendly acts include foreign aid, disaster relief, peacekeeping support, official gifts, cultural exchanges, and preferential trade treatment. Criminal acts include treaty violations, territorial incursions, espionage, sabotage, state-sponsored hacking, election interference, bribery, and copyright infringement. Together, these records give Utopia’s foreign policy a solid evidentiary foundation.
Unlike most countries, Utopia publishes the intelligence behind every allegation. Naturally, transparency trumps secrecy.
Fairness requires that other countries may also submit allegations about Utopia. I respond to every claim—usually with a firm, data-driven refutation. Occasionally, I apologize. It is rare, but it happens.
Each year, I publish the International Friendship Report, which assigns every country a Friendship Score from 0 to 10. My report explains any sanctions or civil penalties and expresses hopes for reconciliation or continued cooperation.
Scores matter: citizens of hostile countries may pay higher TF rates and visitor insurance premiums, or be denied entry altogether.
Check your country’s Friendship Score. Hopefully, you come from one of our BFFs. If not, there is always next year. Diplomacy is a long game.
