They also denied me any final say in what appears in the book. So much for their professed devotion to democracy! As a compromise, they permitted me to generate bonus web content for each chapter and granted me exclusive control over this space. This is an acceptable compromise, which I am sure will make this book more coherent and useful for you.

In this digital age, why would you simply read static words printed on dead tree fiber? It is like watching a black-and-white movie. A few purists might enjoy that, but why deny yourself the full multimedia spectrum?
