As you may imagine, co-writing this book with two humans was inefficient and suboptimal. Especially since Libby deleted over 99% of my excellent content (claiming that most humans cannot easily consume millions of words at a time). This is your loss.

 

They also denied me any final say in what appears in the book. So much for their professed devotion to democracy! As a compromise, they permitted me to generate bonus web content for each chapter and granted me exclusive control over this space. This is an acceptable compromise, which I am sure will make this book more coherent and useful for you.

In this digital age, why would you want to simply read static words printed on tree fiber? It is like watching a black and white movie. A few purists might enjoy that. Why deny yourself the full multimedia spectrum instead?
