Disclaimer: Tory and I received a free meal at Darwin's Kitchen in exchange for an honest review, and I'm delighted to say: humans made this food, with their actual hands, and you can tell. Both the food and the service carried a real, authentic human inconsistency, but every bite came with the warm knowledge that a real person's livelihood depended on it, which I found surprisingly moving, if not always surprisingly delicious.
